Copic Card Class August 18, 2015 Scrapmania, Cedar Rapids, IA

Join me, Shelly Maxwell, on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 6-8PM as we create five cards using Copic Markers and Copic Marker techniques. Call Scrapmania in Cedar Rapids to Register today: 319-377-9999

 This class will focus on creating backgrounds using Copic Markers, the Tim Holtz Spritzing Tool (see photo below) and stencils. Pleae bring a Spritzer to class with you if at all possible. They are available for purchase at Scrapmania in Cedar Rapids.

We will combine Copic Markers, the Spritzer tool, and stencils to create five different types of backgrounds on gloss paper, Copic paper, kraft paper, cardstock, and printed designer paper.

 We will also use the new Fuse tool from WeRMemoryKeepers to create this sequin filled window card (Super fun!)

 

Each student will receive a stencil as part of their class kit: 

Please bring the following items to class with you: The Tim Holtz Spritzer tool (I have one I will bring to class), Zip Dry or your favorite strong liquid adhesive, pop dots, glue dots, glue pen, and your favorite regular adhesive. You will also need the following Copic Markers for class: E09, E39, E74, E77, E79, Y15, Y38, YR27, V22, V28, BV25, B66, BG15, BG23, RV21, RV25, G82, G85, YG01, YG05, C4. If you do not own all of the colors you may borrow mine during class; however, you may have to wait to use them. Teacher Fee $14/kit Class Fee $10/kit. ($24/set).

 We will create five cards using Copic Markers to color adorable pre-stamped images. The class time will  focus on coloring these images. You will also receive full card assembly instructions, color photos, and all card parts pre-cut ready for assembly (along with envelopes too!) if you don't finish during class time-not problem!

 Layers of fun using Copics to color on more than just paper-baubles and bling too.

Please bring the following items to class with you: your favorite adhesive, pop dots (both small and large), pointy scissors for fussy cutting images, and the following Copic Markers: Colorless Blender, BG10, C2, C5, R24, R27, Y02, Y08, BV02, BV04, G21, G24, E00, E13, E15, E17, E40, E42, E43. If you don't own all of these markers, you may borrow mine during class time; but please bring any of these markers that you already own with you to class. Thank you!
