Here's what I created to share with you: St. Patrick's Day Cards...I know I am only 25% Irish, but on St. Patrick's Day I feel like I am 100% and I enjoy sending cards to my Irish friends :) I've made a few St. Patty's Day cards to share with you using the newest Irish paper line from Reminisce called Celtic Pride. It offers lots of opportunities for diversity and I love their border stickers too!

All three of the cards in this collection use Celtic Knot, Celtic Harp, and Celtic Crossing double sided papers as well as the 12x12 border stickers (I cut them down to use on cards).

Think green thoughts!

Let's Scrap Blog Hop

This layout was created with LYB's new spring line. I used Tattered Angel's glimmer mist on the Prima flowers, canvas banner, & Maya Road chipboard arrow to "match" them to the pretty spring papers. I also broke out a punch I purchased a few weeks ago-EK Success flower border. It's really pretty and delicate. Shelley H. took the photos last July.

This was a Valentine's challenge on the hop. Don't tell Mark you've seen his Valentine before him!

Reminisce's newest Graduation line of papers & stickers. Their new papers are printed on heavy cardstock which makes them PERFECT for cards! I love it! Also used a Stampin' Up punch for stars & notebook paper. This challenge had to include a list!

This pretty butterfly came buy last summer, created his/her chrysallis just under our mailbox about 1 ft. from the front door. We watched as it turned from green to black, black to black, sparkly gold, and orange and then emerge. It dried it's wings, hung around for quite a while and finally flew off over our neighbors house. It was a great experience for Julianne & Charlie, although I think I was the one most excited. Bo-bunny papers, Prima flowers, coffee-filter die cut flowers (Tim Holtz die) with Tattered Angel's glimmer mists & other hand made paints (reinkers).

Sweet Tooth Valentine Cards with Echo Park's Life is Good Collection

Valentine Cards created with Echo Park's Life is Good Collection of papers and journaling cards (lov'em).
This is a collection of six Valentine Cards I created yesterday. I am not usually able to create an entire collection all in one day; but the design and colors of this particular collection are so easy to work with, I just can't quick raving about them!
Thanks for taking a peak!

Let's Capture Our Memories Card Challenge

Original LCOM Card Challenge Post: http://letscaptureourmemories.blogspot.com/2011/01/card-sketch-16.html

This was a fun challenge because it made me leave my comfort zone (which could also be called my LAZY zone)! The challenge was to create a card with either stitching or stars. I choose the stitching and created three stitched flowers using a Bazzill template and embroidery floss. I used the Basic Grey Curio paper & sticker line, Prima stems and packaging, Tim Holtz "Love" die & distressing tool, Marvy Uchida punches, EK Success piercing tool to create faux stitching, pop dots, and Xyron adhesive. The completes card measures 5.5x8.5". Thanks for taking a peak at my "Love" card!
