{Layout} Spooky with Carta Bella

BoooOOOOOooOOOO, Shelly here with a Spooky layout I would like to share with you just in time for Halloween! If you've got guts (pumpkin guts, that is) you'll want to dig into some juicy layouts to capture all of your Halloween memories.
I grabbed several sheets of Carta Bella's All Hallow's Eve collection of papers and decorative brads: Curiosity Cards, Scary Strip, Zig-Zag bats, Marshmallow, and Bazzill Kraft papers were used to create this 12x12 layout.
I used a Sizzix eClips machine and their "Halloween & Scardy Cat" cartridge to create this awesome bat (pop dotted),
and this "Spooky" title was also cut with the eClips machine but the "Seasonal" cartridge was used.  Follow me to The Scrapbooking Studio, Moline, IL to pick up all of your Halloween treats (no tricks!).

{Fall} Cards & Layout

Shelly here with School themed cards and a fall layout to share with you. Fall is upon us and with it brings back to school thank you's for teachers. I've made a few cards for the children's teachers using the Authentique "Curiosity" papers:
Cosmo Cricket Core'dinations papers inked work great with Authentique's Curiostiy line of papers. Add some Curiosity Elements and Detail Stickers to the card front to add a great educational feel.
Carta Bella's All Hallow's Eve was the perfect backdrop for my fall layout featuring the famous Iowa City "The Dark Angel" grave marker. I cut the giant "fall" title using the eClips machine from Sizzix along with the "Spooky" cartridge. It also cut the leaves and giant dimensional pumpkins.

Create a grate baseline with burlap ribbon (it comes in several colors) from Maya Road and anchored down with decorative brads from Carta Bella. Rake up all of your fall scrapbooking supplies at The Scrapbooking Studio in Moline, IL.

{Cards} Carta Bella All Hallow's Eve

Create edgy Halloween cards using Carta Bella All Hallow's Eve papers, Sizzix eClips "Spooky" and "Halloween & Scardy Cat" cartridges along with dies from Memory Box, and punches from Martha Stewert and WeRMK Mini 8 Punch "Vine".

Hi Ladies-Shelly here with some body card parts to share with you. Start with a 6x6 card base and punch the right edge with the Mini 8 Vine punch. Mist with your favorite colored mist to create a background.
Add die cut pieces: Use the eClips machine to die cut the house and title. Use Memory boxdie to cut the large butterfly shape and use the Martha Stewart butterfly punch for the smaller butterflies. Pop dot the layers between the yellow "glowing window" layer and the outer black house layer.
Raise the spirits of all your spooky friends with this brand new line of Halloween papers from Carta Bella:
Inside of card:
And one final resting place for your eyes:
I've used the 6x6 paper pad from Carta Bella for several of the small pieces on these cards along with Carta Bella's decorative brads. You can pick up all of the creative Halloween making ingredients at The Scrapbooking Studio in Moline, IL

{Project& Layout} Back to School

Create a memory keeping layout of your child's precious school days using Authentiques paper line "Curiosity" specially to capture your little one's school days. Whether it's the first day of school or the last you'll want to grab some great plaid paper patterns, die cut a title using your eClips machine and the "All Occasions" cartridge to create a Super Star title and embellies. I had my layout done very fast and so will you.
Grab a sheet of Curiosity Elements and Details Stickers to add some quick and painless journaling. I used a few inches of Maya Road's tape measure ribbon as a border under my photo. I painted on  a bit of Tim Holtz Distress Crackle paint in scattered straw as a faux photo mat behind my focal point picture.
This collection may also inspire a great teacher gift-I used the same paper line to create this inspiration wall hanging perfect for a teacher or school administrator.
Use chipboard as your base and die cut the chipboard and papers to a 5x5" shape. Adhere appropriate inspirational sayings from the sticker sheet on each panel.
I also used a Tim Holz Ideology Hanger Clip at the top of the project to hang it on the wall. Panels are connected together using ribbons laced through grommet holes on each chipboard panel.
