Gather Autumn Memories Mini-Album

Gather Autumn Memories Mini-Album uses the the newest Accucut dies, Reminisce papers, Gaphic 45 embelishments, and American Craft buttons to help celebrate the changing colors of Autumn and (hopefully) the cooler weather to come. Bella Blvd. Mini-Album Released at Crop...

Bella Blvd. keeps stunning the scrapbooking world with their awesome paper designs and fun ideas. "Honey, I'm Home" is no exception. I've put together a ten page chipboard mini-album that is perfect for your family photos especially those taken in and around your home. This kit will be released at the Sweet Tooth Sizzlin' Summer Crop this weekend.

The kit includes loads (and I do mean loads) of chipboard embellishments, flowers, buttons, photo mats, and more. I've only put together a few of the kits so if you're interested please let me know ASAP so I can save one for you. They'll be for sale FIRST at the crop this weekend. The Sizzlin' Summer Crop is being held at the Coralridge Mall in the Community Room. Stop by anytime between 4-9pm on Friday, August 13, 2010 or Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 9am-5pm. CHA Releases-fun new stuff!

It was a "Dream Come True" to see all of the latest and greatest releases from tons of great companies like Reminisce: Our first stop on day one was at the Reminisce booth to say "Hello" to Meagan and Ryan. Pictured L to R are Meagan Moores, Cindy Noesen, Angela Ploegman, and myself. They booth looked great and it was fun to see spooky house, Gingerbread house and other fun projects made by the design team. Unfortunately I deleted them from my camera this AM. Note to self: don't work on the blog before three cups of coffee!One new hot item I noticed at the show was a lot of altered items and home decor items. This booth featured twine, jute, burlap, Chalk Paper, etc. Again I had several fun photos to share; but...Check them out: Canvas Corp LLCSassafras had these fun canvas projects up and they caught my eye. The designer used fabric tissue patterns on the canvas and then painted them. Gotta steal that idea! OK, I also had some cool pics from the Graphic 45 booth. The people working the booth were dressed up as steampunks. Very cool! Georgious new line of paper arriving soon from them to Sweet Tooth and The Scrapbooking Studio.

Cool new tools to check out: try the Cinch from WeRMemoryKeepers if you get a chance, I found it to be easier to use than the Bind-it-All from Zutter because of the wider base and easier to grip handle design. Also, the acrylic stamp maker from Theresa Collins was demoed to me during a class I took. It was well engineered and well thought out. The initial kit arrives with everything you need to get started, later you'll need to buy some comsumable products but not many. Also, saw a quick demo of the Zutter distress it all machine-that was very cool and I'll have to buy one as soon as they arrive in Amy's store: The Scrapbooking Studio in Moline. EK Success had a dust pan and small broom to collect glitter, etc. (static free). Gotta get one of those for sure!

Reminsice just release a series of dimensional stickers that coordinates with their already existing paper and sticker lines for loads of themes in their Signature Series. I was very excited with the military and birthday options. I think these are going to be very popular. I have used them to create several cards. Check it out:

Reminisce's Sneak Peaks! Check out the new goodies...

Reminisce's Making the Grade Mini-Album: Loved the pencil paper, dimensional apples, pencils, and colored pencils, awesome sticker journal blocks too. The adorable wooden album with acrylic front cover is from My Monster Creations located in Omaha NE. I loved working with the wooden album-it was so easy to get great straight cut lines with the wood, I was able to use my dry adhesive to adhere the paper to wood (no mess!), the tabs are a fun embellishment opportunity, and I really was able to fit in a lot more pictures than I thought I would when I began the project. There were so many fun mini-albums to choose on My Monster Creations website. Well, I'll just have to get some more SOON!!

Project: Twitterpated Collection: Altered CD jewel Case. Give to a friend for their workspace as an inspirational note. The exterior and interior spaces are decorated-just flip open to create a built in stand. Notes can be changed frequently and photos added too.
